EM 7 - Senior Director

As a Director of Software, you partner with leaders across the company to shape and drive strategic product and engineering initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring positive company-level results. You ensure your team is structured and staffed to deliver on product and project priorities successfully. Additionally, you proactively grow your team's and others' capabilities and capacity at all levels.
